Update-
A couple of months before completing our rental agreement we were already living in a beautiful new place. This was brought on by the horrible service and business that these people provided. We are relieved!

Here's something that will interest any potential renter - when we attempted to collect our security deposit (which mind you - we took good care of the house) we were told that apparently the "broker at the time" of us signing for the place had stolen our deposit. Yes. Till this day we have heard nothing back of our money. After all the houses we have rented in the past not once did we ever even hear of such absurdity.
We were told that if we wanted our deposit back - to track the previous broker down ourselves. - Really?
I have no words to describe how I feel about this company - what kind of business is run like this? I find it unbelievable! What a scam! This company is filthy and does not deserve to be called a business. What a joke.
Good job Tod Wever and Sandra Carter! A+++ business practices and A++++ customer service! I applaud you!
