Blue Plate Catering is TOP NOTCH! As a fellow wedding professional, I spent years hiring and firing many caterers. Not these guys! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Blue Plate. Their team is so professional and on top of their game and I never had to worry about a thing with them! Most importantly - there food is awesome! Definite 100% recommendation from me. I wish I could still use them where I am now!
