Our dog Sammi was hospitalized for 1 1/2 days at this facility and was given good attention during her stay. After spending over $4,000 on extensive tests and diagnosis it was determined she suffered from aspirational pneumonia-kind of a rare form of pneumonia for our animal. While the exit interview was informative we never saw an actual vet let alone not a SINGLE phone call afterwards to ask how she was doing! They were quick to FIRST take my money BEFORE even the exit interview. Talk about crass! How about some follow up people? By the way, there were also blood tests awaiting results that WE NEVER got a follow up call with results! We ultimately went back to our local vet and had him call for info. So if you like spending large sums of money for animal care and not getting follow ups....be my guest to go to this Taj Mahal!
