This is my first review and I'm sad that it has to be negative. I went to Europe nails with my mother on a whim the day before attending my cousin's wedding. Everyone was polite, friendly and fast. Everything was fine until my actual pedicure started.
An older gentleman did the pedicure. He pushed my cuticles so far back that I started to bleed and he didn't apologize. I also chose a color of nail polish that had little hearts in it. I asked him to apply them and all I got was one shoved up in the corner of my previously bleeding cuticle. I felt him bump one of my nails during the top coat and he ended up ruining a toe without fixing it.
My experience wasn't great, but I would probably go back one more time and try a pedicure with someone else. I just wish he hadn't been so rough and made a "fun" time with my mother more painful than it needed to be.
