I'm a little torn in this review. The young man who greeted me was heinously unprofessional. I requested the Ultimate wash and he criticized my choice saying "That's too much money when you could do it yourself " Then he and another young man at the entry we're cursing with "F*** this job and f*** this car wash and f*** the hours" ... I was ready to leave! I let them wash my Jeep and the detailers did a magnificent job! I thought, maybe this will be ok. Then I got in the Jeep and heard one say "Nothing on this one guys" to which I can only assume he meant a tip. The quality of wash and detail was top notch but the customer-facing service does not deserve a tip or a thank you or a return visit.
