Their customer service is so rude! I was in a really bad car accident that broke my shoulder in two places.
I explained what happened and asked if there was anything at all that could be done.
They basically told me tough shit and said I signed a waiver, then said if I wanted a refund or a race transfer I should've thought of that before agreeing to their terms and conditions.
I told them they were extremely rude and cold hearted. They told me in response that they might have made an exception for me but wouldn't because I was uncivilized and "politely" indicated I was a bitch before telling me they refused to do anything for me and fed me a lie about how they've been so polite and understanding and gave me multiple options but I only screamed at them and called them names.
These people are money hungry psychopaths. I'd love to know what my other options were besides "tough shit. Sucks to be you."
