Let me start by saying I should have made an appointment, this location is very busy. I arrived at 10:30 AM on a weekday and the waiting area was jam packed. Luckily I had been to this location before so I knew their sign in process even though I was not greeted by anyone when I came in. Paperwork was easy enough and I waited about 30 minutes for the draw. Luvie was my phlebotomist today and she was both pleasant and skilled at her job. I barely felt the needle going in and we had a nice chat that kept my mind occupied. Will definitely come here again but will make an appointment first!
My service today was five star but the facility only two based on the desk staff, the wait time and cleanliness of the clinic so I am averaging with the three-star rating.
