SO FREAKIN SLOW... I kick myself every time I come here forgetting how slow it is to get through the drive through.. Very frustrating! However the lady working the drive thru (who seems to be doing everything by herself which may be why it takes so long to get through the line) is very sweet and apologetic for the long wait.. But every time I've been here she has to apologize for the long wait - wish they'd figure out a more efficient, quicker way of doing things.. Especially considering my "toasted" bagels were cold and barely toasted. Really, it took 15 minutes for that?
