Im giving this cleaners a one. Our clothes had to be treated for bed bugs that a hotel we were staying at had. The hotel brought our clothes here and told us to put our shoes in a bag to get them treated. We get our clothing and shoes back and 10 pairs of our shoes are ruined. When I asked the owner what he would do if I were a customer and not a hotel, he told me he'd turn me away and tell me he couldn't treat my shoes. I said " Well it's your responsibility to call the customer if you felt that way". The owner stated that it was not his problem but the hotels and I would have to take it up with the hotel. In the meantime we are out of at least $800 worth of shoes. The owner promised to deliver our shoes back to our hotel when they decided to dry clean my shirt that originally should have been dry cleaned.
