I didn't want to be the first! I have to say it though, where ever you go you should be treated with excellent customer service. unfortunately for the owner of this planet fitness this is not the case. Why? You might ask! Here is it is. I was coming to this gym everyday for about a month, which I love the gym it self is pretty decent. Don't get me wrong I am not a princess who needs everything at her beck and call. No, I am just getting older and some of the machines are newer technology so of course I wasn't going to know how to use certain things. I requested help multiple times and it seems as though everyone is to busy gossiping and or eating fucking Roberto's instead of being able to help. C'mon for goodness sake put down the burrito and help a sister out. I pay for the black card which has extras like: Unlimited guest privileges at any Planet Fitness location Reciprocal use of all Planet FitnessĀ® Franchise Locations Unlimited Hydro massage*Unlimited tanning Unlimited Use of Massage Chairs Unlimited Fitness Training*(this is bs) I want to give them 1 star but I actually like the gym. Its just the service and the representatives providing the service are sub-par.
