I'm a current resident in this complex and it's more or less a nightmare. The manager is inflexible and not helpful. The furniture in my furnished unit is uncomfortable and damaged. Electricity is always expensive regardless of the time of year.
The sound pollution from construction all around the complex is terrible and starts at 5:30 a.m. every day. The local is prime but its way overpriced for what you get.
The gym equipment is broken half of the time.
The gates are left open more often than not to both the complex and the garage. The "safety" aspect is virtually nonexistent and a false lead.
One of the only upsides of the complex is the friendliness and quickness of the maintenance staff. I regret having renewed my lease for next year already.
I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
