I think it's tough to have a great food experience when the service is clearly bad. Coffees came out 15 minutes later and they said that they were on the house but ended up charging me for it anyway. It wasn't a huge deal but numerous times we had to ask for things twice- coffee, ketchup, jam... Soup was super sweet and for some reason my poached eggs on my Benedict were overcooked, bacon was bland.... I think all these things would have been tolerable if the service was good but it wasn't so I will probably not go back.
