Today Lance from Honest Air came over to check out my concern with my
A/C, because pack rats had returned from last year leaving their droppings around the cold air returns. I spent a full day last year with a handy man pulling out the blower housing and replacing/sealing around it to stop/block the rodents, because you could see daylight coming in around the housing at the wall of the home. Afterwards I had the vents cleaned thoroughly. Then here were the rodents again last winter. Lance spent the time to walk around and check out the scene and the A/C vents, saying he didn't "want to take [my] money, " because the upper wall vents (which he looked into) were already clean. He advised vacuuming up the rat stuff, didn't charge me and was unfazed by the incident. Definitely lived up to their name. Very refreshing!
