I went for a Groupon on Oct 24th 2012, and had a mediocre experience. The nail gal was nice, but the pedicure was sub-par. However, the real issue comes from the fact that they charged my credit card on November 28th for $10. I have NOT been able to get a hold of anyone there since. No voicemails returned (and now you can't even leave a voicemail. The office isn't close by so I can't just drive by there, it's a 30 minute drive for me. I'll be contacting Groupon and strongly suggesting they rethink their process of doing business with these small companies. Do NOT go here and especially DO NOT give them a credit card or debit card for any transaction.
