I come here every month for a pedicure and have never had a problem. It's always been great service which is what keeps me coming back. But after today, that very well may change!! I called this morning to make a 6pm appointment for tonight and was told they didn't have any, but I could walk in. That's fine. I get it that you can't always get a same day appointment. On the way there I called and asked what the current wait was and let the receptionist know I would be there at 6. She responds "about 30 minutes." Awesome! Then I got there, at 6:05. "I'm sorry, we probably can't take you." Umm, what?!?! I told her I had just called and she said, "well we close at 7 so I probably can't get you in." Meanwhile, there are 3 customers there! 3!!! And 2 nail techs chatting in the back not doing anything. She could sense my annoyance so she said she would get me in. I said thank you.
Fast forward, I get into a chair at 6:40ish and start my pedicure. I'm relaxed and happy and have forgotten about the receptionist who just wanted to go home. And then 10 minutes later..."I need you to pay now so
I can close out my register." Seriously?!?! You are interrupting my service which I am paying for! Fine. I pay.
A pedicure that usually takes about 40-45 minutes was rushed through and I was out the door at 7:05! I'll be calling management in the morning.
All I can say is this...don't go in anytime after 5:30. They want to lock up at exactly 7 and will dismiss you with bad service so they can!!
