This was first and last time using Pearle Vision for my vision needs. I was told that my glasses would be in within 5-7 business days. I never received a call stating my glasses were ready for pick-up, so I called the store. Much to my surprise, I was put on hold for a significant amount of time and then was told there had been a delay in processing. Really?? Basic single vision lenses...I was informed that it would be another week before they arrived. I am extremely dissatisfied as I paid $300+ and have yet to see (no pun intended) what I paid for. I will never use this place again and will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere for their vision services. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
