I really want to like this place. Their food is decent and cheap, and it's close to my house. The problem I'm having is that their customer service has been awful every time I've been there. I've been there once for dinner, once for lunch, and once for take-out. For both of the dine-in experiences the place was pretty empty but service was very slow and unfriendly. When I went in for take-out I stood right at the register and got flat out ignored for about five minutes while several staff members did other stuff behind the counter. Yes, they were busy, but it takes two seconds to acknowledge the customer. This time I did get my food really fast, so I guess I'd recommend this place for take-out, for people who don't mind being treated like an inconvenience by the staff.
