This hotel has ins ups and downs! Ours started with we made reservations and requested two room next to each other, family of seven. We also requested a different rate due to our employment. We were told we would both have the rooms next to each other and received the rate request. When we arrived the rooms weren't ready or next to each other and the rate wasn't applied. We waited about an hour for rooms to be ready and when picking up the keys were given four copies of the same room and none for the other room. Which we had to go back and request the other rooms key. The rooms themselves weren't bad, clean. Staff was friendly, food from room service could improve. Overall I wouldn't be staying again or recommend to anyone! For being what it is, I'm pretty disappointed!
