We wanted to try something other than a desert table at my wedding so we decided on a popcorn bar. I went to popcorn world a few days before my wedding to place a large order & the girl who took my order was very nice & helpful. I asked her if I was so suppose to pay in full or a deposit & she told me neither. She said I was to pay at pick up. She said it would be ready at noon on Oct 15th. I went to pick up my order & they had no record of it. I was very upset because we already had labels printed up for the containers. Some of the popcorn I ordered wasn't even available at that point. The girl was on the phone with the manager & asked if I wanted to speak to the manager on the phone so I said yes. Unfortunately that was a huge mistake. The manager was very unprofessional & extremely rude! She did nothing to help me. She ended up hanging up on me. I emailed the "owner or general manager" to let them know of my experience & more than a month later I have still not heard anything! They are so unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all! There are plenty of other pop corn places in Las Vegas that are just as good.
