If I could give them NO stars I would. I gave this place 4 stars after 6 months of living there and I meant it. I enjoyed my time there and would have recommended it but the management that was there when I left in April is the worst yet. I paid my rent and bills on time every month for 14 months. Never had or gave them any problems. It was just me in the apartment, no one ever came over and I had no pets. I'm a neat freak so it was clean when I turned it in (I have pictures). Yet they kept EVERY single penny of my deposit and didn't even have decency and respect for my patronage to send me any kind of correspondence explaining why. My emails to the Assistant Manager requesting an explanation where ignored. If they read this they'll say it's because I had $67 outstanding from utilities, but guess how I found out about that? Not through them. So you couldn't deduct the $67 and give me the rest? I'm posting this as the advice of a friend of mine who just passed his bar exam and is looking to make a name for himself and make an example out of places like this.
