My wife and I went there an hour ago to get passport photos. We needed 6 a piece for our upcoming trips. I can understand their policy of $12.99 for the first two photos, as you are paying for the service they provide, not just the photos. However, I was appalled when they rang us up at $75 for 12 photos!!! As mentioned, I understand the cost for the first photos, however for the additional they aren't performing the service over and over, just printing out the same pictures! A normal picture in that size will be like 20 cents a piece.
Needless to say, we returned the photos and are going to another local big chain department that charges less than 1/3 as much.
