This hotel is truly a five star establishment. I feel sorry for the hotels people stay at after staying at the Wynn....the comparisons are utterly unfair! How can they compete? Everyone, from reservations before you even stay from the maids in the hall, the sales clerks in the sundries shop , the waitresses on the casino floor, EVERYONE Is so friendly, kind and helpful! Steve Wynn obviously treats his associates very well! You cannot fake that on a everyday/ every hour encounter. I have stayed here many times and have NEVER, NEVER had nothing but a great experience. Anyone who does not ,it seems to me are never impressed with anything. The Wynn makes losing money a lot less painful LOL
