What a disappointment. I wanted to leave the moment they gave me one sample cup and when I asked for another (because - who gives out just ONE sample cup?) I got an annoyed look in response.
The problem isn't that I didn't get an opportunity to verify a flavor. But rather, giving one sample cup implies a lack of proper customer service and satisfaction. Also, if they skimp on sample cups, it makes me wonder what else they are cheap about when making the yogurt.
Ultimately, poor customer service. The staff is rude, the yogurt isnt worth it, and the place isn't well kept. There are much better places to spend your money.
