This was my first experience at the restaurant. The guy at the counter explained that you order like chipotle. I started creating my bowl and chose the spicy ahi and the marinated ahi. Luckily before I finished ordering the person behind me asked what the marinade was. I'm highly allergic to nuts and would have no way of knowing that the ahi was marinated in nuts had the person behind me not asked. Nut allergies are extremely common and are normally noted on the menu because of the severe reaction people who are allergic have. The restaurant had plenty of signs for uncooked fish illness. There should definitely be something that says marinated in nuts. I created a new bowl that was nut free but I'm concerned about cross contamination because there set up wasn't the cleanest.
