Overall service:
It was great! I got the SNS and I couldn't be happier. Polly did an amazing job and checked in with me frequently to make sure I liked how the service was going.
Atmosphere in salon:
Horrible! So many unattended children running around the salon. I did ask my nail tech if it was always like that in the salon and she said "Yes lots of kids". At one point a woman thought she lost her child (approximately three years old ) but he was in the bathroom! Unfortunately none of the staff members said anything to the parents.
Overall thoughts:
Price was good for the service that was performed but the atmosphere in the salon, less then satisfactory. I am strongly considering sticking with my 40min commute to my nail salon in the Biltmore area.
