I've always preferred Morningstar to their competitor. They've consistently been cleaner, better maintained, and have stellar customer service.
Their original location off of S. Tryon in Yorkmount had been acquired by "those who shall not be named" and the place has been going downhill ever since, so when I heard Morningstar was opening up in Southend I knew I had to switch back to the winning team.
Sherry, the property manager, is fantastic. She made the leasing process incredibly smooth and has real pride in her property. You knew you were in good hands after talking with her. I toured the facilities and found them to be clean, very climate controlled (especially in this 90 degree weather), and easy to navigate.
The day I turn in my keys to "the other guys" will be a happy day indeed. I seriously missed the quality and care of Morningstar.
