After doing so much research on where I want to get my Japanese straightening done and seeing so many pictures of OTHER places burning the hair of their customers I made an appointment. Just note it does take 2-3 months to get in for a straightening.
I came here and I could not have been happier- they customize everything to enhance your experience. They had me choose which shampoo I would like as they all did different things, they asked about water temperature, pressure of washing my hair. When washing my hair they made sure I had something on my face so my face or make up wouldnt get messed up. They also provide a small head and shoulder massage which was nice after sitting in their chair for 3 hours.
They make sure that you never feel rushed, they took their time and checked my hair multiple times. I have never been so happy and the pricing was very competitive. I will come here again- in fact I made my next appointment for my touch up in 6 months.
This place is worth it, clean and I felt special.
