I chose this optometrist (despite the terrible reviews) because it was close to my house. BIG MISTAKE! The entire staff is rude and not helpful at all. I was prescribed contacts that did not work for me. When I asked for my old brand back, the doctor refused to do anything about it. I have been wearing glasses and contacts since I was 13 and have never had any issues until now. Even though I just got an eye exam, I'm heading to a new doctor. HE said he would happily put me in the contacts that work for me.
