I have been in customer service for 12 years and hardly ever do you run across any type of business who makes it their number 1 priority. Well that is not the case here. I have never experience such good customer servielce.....they were very informative with every little detail, even with my basic oil change. Checked all filters, lights, tires, coolant...i mean this is just an oil change....not pushy whatsoever, no upselling just straight business suggestuons....to make matters more embarrassing and honest, they took my car, i went inside, went to the bathroom, and before i was done taking my shit Tanner was at the desk waiting for me because my car was done.....imagine that, a car service so fast they were waiting on me to finish the bathroom.....i will come back again and again and market the shit out of this place because i am so pleased......i hope who ever is in charge, Tanner and his team Tabby, Michael and Reed, they know how to do it right and should get a little something in a bonus.......couldnt be more happier, nice job guys
