Sigh. Everything I have flown with AA this year they've been delayed or have had some sort of issue. I generally don't get the luxury of choosing a single airline to be loyal too since my travel schedule and routes are so varied, so I have experiences with multiple Airlines every month. Delta doesn't have any issues (my fav) I've never been thrown off a flight by United (haha, I've always had good experiences with them), I always enjoy Alaska and even budgets airlines like Frontier or Volaris take off on time. Why can't American do the same? I think they need to do a close inspection of their routes and scheduling and make an adjustment. Everyone on my flight seemed to be complaining that it's a fact of life when traveling with them. And I'm sure AA doesn't want that to be their reputation! I didn't rate it 1 star because a few crew members really tried their best to deal with the situations and the pilots on both delayed flights yesterday seemed truly apologetic. If I could rate them alone I'd give them a solid 3+ Sigh, again.
