Just a warning to anyone considering an apartment or condo here, you will have awful problems with parking here. If you have a significant other that wants to stay at your place occaisionally, or perhaps have family in temporarily from out of town, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARK ON THE PREMISES PERIOD. No one is allowed to park regularly in visitor parking, so if there is any individual in your life that may want to visit you occaisionally, you will need to find a parking lot of nearby business in which to leave your car otherwise THEY WILL DEFINITELY BE TOWED!!
I can't emphasize this enough. Even if in your current situation, this is not a problem, there is a very good chance at some point you will want to allow a friend, family member or significant other to be allowed to park within the complex. This is simply not an option here. In addition, despite the fact that there is plenty of parking spaces, management will not issue you an additional spot or garage, even if you're willing to pay. If you have a temporary situation, where you would like them to make an exception, be forewarned that management will definitely NOT WORK WITH YOU, even for the most simple and reasonable requests.
