Unprofessional and ungracious management. I had issues with my application and Post South End's inconsistent, misleading policies around fees. Management was hard to deal with as they would not respond to my emails / calls unless I sent follow-ups or appealed to their superiors. When they did respond they cited technicalities to get out of any obligation they have to the customer. Before submitting my application, I already had reservations about management at this complex because of the other reviews online, and this experience confirmed my concerns that this business is not run professionally. I ended up backing out of the apartment and moving into another complex right down the street and I am glad I did.
