Saturday 04-28-18 My wife went into this store to get the rings we purchased resized. She was there for 30 mins and no one helped her. The man at the back register just looked up at her and said nothing and went back to counting the money. He did not say I'll be with you in a min or I'll find someone to help you. He just ignored her. No one in the store even said a hello except the security women at the door. This place lacks professionalism and common courtesy. I will be taking my buiseness elsewhere.
