This is a tough review as our design experience was great but some execution was poorly handled. We used Gothic during construction of a new home. We chose to have Gothic landscape the front, back, and install a patio. Our designer was very knowledgeable and professional. He paid attention to our requests and made the process simple. He also took drainage into account which was impressive and he even caught a big mistake in the drawing of our pool decking height from that contractor. so far so good.
Upon installation of our landscaping all went well. However, we never received our promised orientation. When I called to get this resolved they sent someone out that basically had 5 minutes to give to us. He rushed through the irrigation system and did not provide any info on our trees and bushes for care.
Within three months one plant had already died, yet the warranty was not honored. We had two other bushes that were the same type but were perfectly fine so it seemed it was just something wrong with the one that was planted. One year later we have a tree that has stayed the same height since day one yet no warranty coverage there either. It is disappointing when spending tens of thousands of dollars and Gothic won't honor a warranty on a $30 bush and a small tree that has not grown.
