Was here from 11pm to 2am on a Monday night... maybe 15 customers in the bar while fantastic hubby and I were lingering at our table?
It's Vegas and the drinks were good but it is expensive. IIRC cocktails were $12/ea.
Excellent service -- our upbeat and attentive waitress was totally on top of everything that was going on, including enlisting security in to escort out a working girl (which we were much entertained by) while keeping us continually supplied with a diversity of very nice champagne drinks.
Champagne Cocktail: 4 stars, balance slightly skewed towards bitter
Kir Royale: 4.5 stars
Flower Eclipse: 4.5 stars, aromatically elegant but a trifle too sweet
Art Nuvo: 5 stars
Drinks had perfectly fresh raspberries. One of my pet peeves is fruit past its prime and these were spot on perfect.
Very fun for people watching, and even on Tuesday at 1am there was more than enough to see!
Minus one star for price and for mediocre bar snacks -- champagne bar should have something more sophisticated than gourmet trail mix (which looked so blech that we didn't bother to even taste it.)
