Update! Delivery was finally made as per the last scheduled delivery and they did offer me a $200 refund. So I am made whole with my furniture purchase. Note that I did not ask for a refund, they offered it. I do not typically complain looking for a refund, I only wanted what I paid for when they said I would get it. I would have gladly not accepted a refund to have had my furniture delivered when it was supposed to be. But, personally, it's not likely I'll be shopping at Value City Furniture again any time soon if at all.
