In this day and age it is hard to believe that it takes over 45 minutes to replace a battery in the watch. That is what I was quoted when I came into the store, the representative said there was a lot of paperwork involved and it was too time-consuming. Unfortunately I had no other choice as I needed to have two batteries replaced, which I did have done and then the drama started. These deceitful people sold me two batteries and replace them in the watches when in fact the watches had difficulty mechanics and that's why they were not working. The only way I found out was by the time I got home with the watches and the suppose it new batteries neither of them was working and I took them elsewhere to see what was wrong. I had the nationwide or worldwide repair and replacement card and when I brought them to a different location, I was told I could only be serviced at the original location of purchase. Last I checked worldwide meant anywhere on earth but apparently that is not the case. I would never use this place again or recommend them as customer service was less than standard all around the board.
