What an experience. So let me start by saying I've experienced nothing but issues with my xbox one, it had been serviced three times and now reaching the end of my warranty. The fact the drive was failing again had me very concerned. Suffice to say I was more than livid coming into the store.
In short I was promptly able to book an appointment, was able to work with several people, the last gentleman Cory, took ownership of the issue and was able to set me up with a new unit. After issue....after issue with both best buy and xbox support who can't seem to give a clear answer it was quite refreshing to work with an employee face to face and have it resolved quickly.
