These people are awful. Package was scheduled for delivery on May 27. June 1 - nothing. I requested status via email on 5/31 - no answer. Called June 1 8:15 a.m.. Stayed on hold for nearly 20 minutes. Left my number for a call back - 2 hours later - nothing. I was supposed to be assisted by the "next available service representative". No one available after 2 hours????? Called back. On hold again for 17 minutes. I give up.
