Do not go here unless you want to be disrespected and swindled. I have bought two vacuums from them years ago. Took one in for servicing. The guy working looked at it and said it'll probably cost $150 to fix. I asked him to call me with an estimate, otherwise I may just invest in a new one. Three days later I hadn't heard back, so I called back. Tony proceeded to argue with me, put me on hold four or five times and then in the end hang up on me. He said that it would take a week to determine what was wrong. I explained this is my only vacuum and he interrupted me (yet again) and said most people only have one. I asked for his manager's name and number and he had to look up her last name and phone number. Denise the manager was apologetic when I called but she asked for me to email her and gave me a yahoo account, which makes no sense. I ended up taking my vacuum to a Aerus Electrolux on South Blvd and it cost $25 to fix and the guys there are respectful and fantastic. Will buy from them the next time around!
