Winston Churchill is one of the more popular bars on Crescent, and for good reason. During the day, they have great drink specials (including a gigantic Hoegaarden) as well as a balcony for dining or drinks. Their waitresses will also politely laugh when you ask who the portrait on the wall is.
But at night, it's a whole different story. There will be a long line to get into the basement ($10 cover for guys, $5 for girls). Once you get in, you'll be packed like sardines if you go anywhere near the dance floor. The bar and the side room are pretty accessible though.
Music was good, but we didn't stay long, as it wasn't conducive to large groups. Oh well. Pretty hostesses though.
