I concur about several of these negative reviews. I am house sitting for a friend nearby so searched for a Groupon to use today nearby. The nail tech wore gloves which I thought was very odd and I noticed that none of the other nail techs were wearing gloves. Hmmmm. The entire pedicure lasted less than twenty minutes - which I guess considering what I paid for it .... However I had planned to inquire about getting a manicure. Nope. She massaged my first foot and lower leg. Then moved to my other one and did not touch my leg. Only my foot as she stared off into space as if totally preoccupied. No conversation at ALL. VERY ODD. The nail techs themselves spoke to each other throughout. Of course no one else could understand them. Had considered buying another one of these Groupons as a gift for a friend. I think I'll stick with my salon back home.
