Update - Fitness 1 is still charging my boyfriend. He has canceled his membership multiple times and they have still charged him for months. He finally had to get his bank involved and the gym on a three way call. The fraud rep tried to confirm is it was canceled and the rep from the gym basically played dumb insisting it has been canceled. Last resort the bank had to put a stop payment on the charges. A month goes by and the gym literally emailed the charges of a late gyms fees and a returned item fee.......This establishment is complete joke. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND GET A GYM MEMBERSHIP HERE.
