Stay away! My garage door panel was tearing so I made a claim with home warranty company. I specifically told them it was the panels on the door not the opener. Cactus then calls me and I tell them the same thing that it's the door not the opener! They send a tech and of course tells me that the door is not covered. But I have to pay $75 co-pay when they did absolutely nothing. I get the fee but what makes me mad is they didn't offer to repair it..they automatically said they had to replace it and a New door for $1500-$2000 but they can credit me my $75 fee. OH THANKS! NOT! But they definitely could not fix it! So I get quotes from other garage door companies and they can All fix it. I fix my door for $230 and it's never worked better not only is it fixed it's reinforced as well. After reading all the reviews I'm sorry I didn't read them before they came out ...I called my home warranty and told him that I never want them out on another repair at my house again Stay away!
