The last time I was in Pittsburgh (10 years ago), I remember using their service. Making the reservation was easy. Very friendly and the agent understood my needs very well. Which was the same 10 years ago. But, for some reason, the desk agents in the airport almost seem like we are speaking two different languages, lol. I remember the same exact problem ten years ago. It's more comical then anything because after things get straightened out, everything is great. It's just funny to me because the minute I walked up to the counter, my brain was triggered to relive the difficulty I experienced years ago. I don't know if it's just me that sets off the agents in Pittsburgh but it's almost like they are pretending to be smarter then they really are so they get this weird vibe that eventually fizzles into nothing but after getting off a long flight, it's like they are breaking me in, lol. That's Pittsburgh love for ya. My hometown never fails me.
