This place has some true treasures and some brands I can't find anywhere else~ I love the shoe wall! The service is excellent, the sales is not pushy but helpful. most of the brands are on the higher end, you have to be really looking for something to come here.
what I don't really like about this place is the locations, its very far in the west end of queen st with not much other shopping around, so if you want to come here, it would be specifically to shop at J+O and that would be it. it's not really convenient, and parking is street parking, which can be limited sometimes.
and the working hours are 11-6, which is the times where most people have to work on a mon-fri bases.
another bummer is all sales final, exchange or store credit within 10 days.
