WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Make sure when you apply for Crystal springs to know what kind of "credit check" they are going to do. They basically pull your whole life. Any collections, any civil court cases, your actual credit score and many other things. It's basically a scam to steal your application fees. So don't waste your money or time if you have collections. We lost 98 dollars on the application fees cause they don't tell you off the bat that they check the actual credit score. My roommate was screwed cause like many other Americans Was once young and had credit cards that went into collection and we were denied because of that. I had a civil court case that was closed 7 years ago in another state!!! And they denied me because of that!! I know it was dropped because it was wrongfully filed. But I'm not going to go out of my way to call another state and jump through all these hoops to live in a place who gives you a headache way before u have a chance to even live there!! I didn't even know I had a civil court case under my name until I applied here. Never have had issue my entire adult life renting. So apply at your own risk!!!!
