This is the fourth goodlife location I have been to over the years. Being at square one, it is definitely a busy busy place. I would suggest going very early or midday to avoid the massive after-work crowds. This location has two floors and the upstairs is basically the same as downstairs except it's a bit smaller and has older machines. Still a good place to sneak away to if you find the bottom crowded. A lot of the classes are very busy so I would suggest arriving a few minutes early to avoid either not being able to get in, or having to position yourself in a very odd spot of the room to fit. The instructors are great! All very enthusiastic, and able to keep you engaged the entire time. There has never been a time when I've been bored in a class. My biggest (and really the only) issue is that there are no kettle bells - only those that belong to the personal trainers. I get that they have risks associated with them if people don't know how to use them, but the same can be said for anything else. Otherwise, excellent place to get your workout in!
