My appointment with Dr. Vogl went smoothly. I had both kiddos with me, which could have made for a horrible time, but everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. I found glasses/frames I like. Before I went in, I hadn't realized it would take as long as it did after my appointment to receive my glasses, since they don't prepare the glasses there and they had to be ordered. I guess I had thought it would be like other stores where you can have your glasses in an hour or so, but that was just something I wish I had realized before going in. I should have done a bit more research. I was expecting a call when my glasses arrived, but didn't hear anything. I waited until the end of the timeframe I'd been given and called to ask when my glasses would be ready. The person in the office said I should have received a call already, because the glasses had been there. No one could figure out why I hadn't been called. That part was frustrating, but again, people in the office were helpful and friendly, so that was good.
