Rented a suv, made reservation weeks in advance, took forever to get picked up even though I had called the day before and was assured I would get picked up first thing in the morning. They were an hour late. Get to the office and they don't have any SUV's only 2wd trucks. So I take one of the trucks. While looking to see which truck I wanted, associate makes comment about dog hair already in one truck I was looking at. I have a service dog. Get truck, my dog never sits on a seat, had them folded up the entire time, and he stayed on the floor. Bring it back, and he insisted he needs to charge me $75 to detail (the floor). So I take it to a car wash to vacuum it out. I finish one side, while walking around to feed the vacuum more quarters some dumb lady with her door open, backs into the truck damaging the front fender, and the door where I had just been standing. She would have pinned me to the truck had the vacuum not asked for more money. In short, my credit card is now maxed out because of the insurance deductible for an accident that wasn't my fault.
